Mise-en-scene:
Her costume tells the audience that she’s a nurse
Her hair is tied back to show she is professional
She stands very straight which again show she is professional
She has no facial expressions until he takes the photo when the photogropher makes a joke which makes her give a little smile.
She doesn't look very happy to be there as she makes no attempt to change from her 'standing still' position
Sound and Lighting:
All the sound is diagetic which makes it seem more realistic.
The lighting is dark but it is natural lighting
When the picture is taken you can hear the camera sound and see the flash which clarifies that the picture has been taken
Representation of Britishness:
Stereotypically nurses are female which is shown in the clip
She is very serious about her job or it is reflection that she is tired from long shifts.
Colour:
The blue is a stereotypical colour for a nurse to wear.
The background colour is dark to make her stand out
